Tyrannosaurs Rex
King of the Dinosaurs, Tyrannosaurs Rex ("Tyrant Lizard") was undoubtably one of the most
dangerous predators ever to live on this earth. Standing over 18 feet (5.5 meters) high with
an overall length of 46 feet (14 meters) and armed with a massive array of saber sized teeth,
Tyrannosaurs roamed the late Cretaceous plains as the ultimate prehistoric hunter.
Its body structure is well suited for moving about on two legs - its enormous tail balancing its
upper body and head. Most likely T.Rex walked with a rolling gait, its head and tail extended
horizontally.
Like many late Cretaceous dinosaurs, Tyrannosaurus Rex has one apparently disfunctional
characteristic - its tiny (by dinosaur standards), two clawed fore limbs. These arms are too
short and small to be of much use in either hunting or feeding as they are too short even to
reach its mouth.
Tyrannosaurus lived during the last of the Cretaceous, 70 to 66 million years ago and is
known from a relatively small number of good fossils from western North America and AsiaTyrannosaurs-Rex is the most
known dinosaurs. It is also the bigest carnivore on land, expet one.
It lives on the Creticon age. It Hunts Certops, like Tricertops. Or
maybe Ornitopods, like Coritosaurs. Or Tyrannosaurs-Rex Ate dead bodies.
Derived from "Tyrant" Reptile. Order of the Saurischian, Suborder of
Theropoda. Among the largest and most powerful land carnivores
dinosaurs. With a head 4.5 foot long and 6 inches of serrated teeth,
they became the most feared dinosaur. The Tyrannosaurs-Rex is a Thropadie "member"; Like Velociraptor (See him in
this site).
